Gary Alliss will launch GB & I's PGA Cup comeback on day two of the 24th Match with the original pairings he named for the start of the biennial contest - which means watching briefs for Scot Craig Matheson and Barry Taylor on the morning fourballs.
His most experienced players, Paul Wesselingh and Jeremy Robinson are reunited and will tee off proceedings at The Carrick on Loch Lomond eager to claw back some of the ground lost on day one. They face Ryan Benzel - who denied Wesselingh the match-winning point in Georgia two years ago - and Mike Small.
Paul Simpson and Jamie Harris have another chance to work their partnership coming up against Craig Thomas and Kyle Flinton, the latter having a 100 per cent two from two record after the opening day.
Welsh duo Andrew Barnett and James Lee, who secured the only point of the afternoon fourballs are reunited for a third time and will face a familiar foe in Mark Sheftic who is paired with Eric Lippert.
The final pair sees GB&I's only other opening day point scorers - Jon Bevan and Will Barnes - given the task of silencing Steve Schneiter and Scott Hebert.
