Scotland's Craig Matheson is poised to make his PGA Cup bow in the opening day afternoon fourballs alongside Jon Bevan.
The Falkirk Tryst professional, the only Scot in the team and at 26 the youngest player on either side, will be first out at 12.30pm, taking on Sonny Skinner and Kyle Flinton, who secured the first point of the 24th match with a comprehensive 6&5 successive in the foursomes.
Also in is Paul Simpson, who missed the morning foursomes after being laid low with a bug. The West Berkshire pro, who played in the 1998 PGA Cup, will join forces with Jamie Harris, who will be looking to avenge the 6&5 loss in the foursomes inflicted on him and Simpson's replacement Barry Taylor.
Simpson and Harris, who are last out at 1.15pm, face Eric Lippert, who sat out the foursomes, and Lee Rinker.
Taylor, who only got the call into the morning foursomes at 6am, joins six-time PGA Cup veteran Paul Wesselingh, who will be up against Scott Hebert and Steve Schneiter.
Welsh pair Andrew Barnett and James Lee, who went down 3&2 in the foursomes, remain unchanged and will face Mike Small and Mark Sheftic, who are also unchanged.
